1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing a proposal or authorizing NYS Enterprises Inc. to begin work, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
2. Service & Estimates
All estimates are valid for 30 days. Final project costs are based on the specific scope outlined in the approved proposal. Any changes to the project scope requested by the client after commencement will result in a Change Order and adjusted billing.
3. Marketing Policy
By engaging our services, you grant NYS Enterprises Inc. a non-exclusive license to use photographs, videos, and project descriptions of the work performed at your property for marketing, promotional, and portfolio purposes, including our website and social media channels. If you wish to opt-out of this policy, please provide written notice prior to the start of the project.
4. Warranty & Liability
NYS Enterprises Inc. warrants all workmanship for a period of one (1) year. This warranty covers structural failure and abnormal wear but does not cover damage caused by mechanical misuse, chemical spills, or severe soil movement beyond our control.

NYS Enterprises Inc. is committed to transparent and professional communication. This Marketing Policy outlines how we connect with our commercial partners, general contractors, and managed communities across Washington State.
We utilize email and phone communication primarily to provide project updates, estimates, and essential service reminders. By engaging with our services, you consent to receive communications regarding your paving and maintenance projects. Our goal is to ensure you are informed about the technical specifications, schedules, and durability of your asphalt solutions.
Our marketing content focuses on industry insights, climate-specific paving advice, and company milestones. We do not sell or share your contact information with third-party advertisers. All commercial communication follows state and federal regulations to ensure your privacy is respected while we deliver professional project support since 1981.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using NYS Enterprises Inc. services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations in the State of Washington.
2. Service Estimates
All paving, sealcoating, and concrete estimates provided are based on current material costs and site conditions. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified in writing.
3. Project Scheduling
Paving projects are highly weather-dependent. NYS Enterprises reserves the right to reschedule projects to ensure optimal installation conditions and long-term durability of the materials.
4. Liability and Site Access
Clients must provide clear access to project sites. NYS Enterprises is not responsible for underground utilities not properly marked prior to commencement. Liability is limited to the scope of work defined in the signed service agreement.
5. Payment Terms
Standard commercial payment terms apply as per individual project contracts. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted under Washington State law.

Acceptable Use Policy
Users must interact with our digital platforms in a manner that is lawful, ethical, and respectful. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, the use of automated systems to extract data, attempting to compromise site security, or distributing malicious software. NYS Enterprises Inc. reserves the right to terminate access for any user found in violation of these standards.

We strive for 100% accuracy in all project estimations and timelines; however, these are subject to site conditions and weather requirements.
